Explanatory Materials regarding Important Items for the MiiTel Service

[Use of the Service]
- ・“MiiTel,” “MiiTel for Zoom” and related services provided by RevComm Inc. (the “Company”) (In the event that the name or content of the service is changed for any reason, including the service after such change; collectively referred to as the “Service,” including cases where the Service is provided through the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates, and the Company or the Company’s subsidiaries or affiliates which provides the Service shall be referred to as the “Service Provider.”) is provided in the country or region where each entity and organization using the Service (the “User”) has entered into a contract for the purpose of its business, and is not intended for personal use, private use or other consumer use for any purpose whatsoever.
- ・In addition to the explanation provided in this Explanatory Materials, the terms and conditions for use of the Service are as set forth in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth by the Company. For the operating environment required for use of the Service, please refer to the article entitled “Confirmation Items for Use”.
- ・Please note in advance that some telephone numbers, including emergency call numbers such as 110 in Japan, cannot be dialed with “MiiTel” (for more details, click here). In addition, the communication environment such as the Internet line for accessing and using the Service, and the communication fees therefor (except for the telephone call fees with “MiiTel” separately specified by the Service Provider and other fees clearly indicated by the Service Provider) must be prepared and borne by the User.
[Contract Period]
- ・The contract period shall be one (1) month or one (1) year (even if the contract is started in the middle of a month, it will be calculated as if it started at the beginning of such month.). Please note in advance that mid-term cancellation is not allowed. In addition, unless the User informs the Company of its intention to cancel at least one month prior to the expiration of the contract period, the contract will be automatically renewed for the same term.
[Examination]
- ・The Service Provider may conduct examinations after the User submits an application. In using the Service, the User may be required to submit a copy of its identification documents (such as a driver’s license, etc., including the reverse side thereof) that show the address of the person in charge of the User to a separate identification verification tool (MiiTel Signup), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- ・Even if the examination determines that the application cannot be accepted, the Service Provider shall have no obligation to the User, such as to provide an explanation of the reason therefor. In addition, even during the contract period, in the event that the User constitutes an anti-social force, etc., the Service Provider shall be entitled to immediately terminate the contract with the User without being required to provide any notice or demand.

- ・Please note that number portability at the time of cancelling “MiiTel” cannot be accepted due to the Company’s internal operation.
