    　RevComm Inc. (the “Company”) and the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively with the Company, the “Group”) recognize that the protection of personal information is the Company’s important social mission and hereby declare that the Group will establish and properly operate a personal information protection management system in order to comply with the legal norms concerning personal information protection with respect to the personal information handled by all employees (including officers) in each business of the Group, as well as to the personal information of the Group employees, etc., and that the Group will be committed to realizing continuous improvement of the personal information protection management system, while always making sure to take the changes of social demand into consideration.
    　
  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations, etc.
    　As a company entrusted with important personal information, the Group will comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information protection, as well as guidelines and other standards prepared by the competent authorities in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
  2. Construction of Internal Control System
    　In order to properly protect personal information to ensure that customers can provide personal information with a sense of security, the Company has appointed a Personal Information Protection Manager, established internal rules, etc. for the protection of personal information, conducts internal training for the Group’s officers and employees, etc., properly conducts internal audits, etc., with respect to the status of implementing personal information protection, takes reasonable safety measures and preventive and corrective measures against risks, such as leakage, loss or damage of personal information, and implements security control measures, including organizational, human, physical and technical measures, for the handling of personal information.
    　The Company will properly use personal information and continuously review and improve the personal information protection management system established to ensure the thorough protection of personal information.
  3. Purposes of Use and Acquisition of Personal Information
    　The Group strongly recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and will properly obtain, use and provide personal information within the scope necessary to carry out the Group’s business activities and by clearly defining the purposes of use thereof.
    　The Group will only use the obtained personal information within the scope of the purposes of use and take measures to prevent any use of such personal information for any purpose other than the purposes of use.
  4. Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties
    • 1)　The Group will not disclose or provide personal information to any third parties, except in the following cases where:
      • the consent of the principal has been obtained (with regard to specific personal information, disclosure or provision may only be conducted in cases where it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property);
      • it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the principal;
      • the Group provides personal information to its subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use; or
      • it is otherwise permitted to disclose or provide personal information to a third party under the laws and regulations.
    • 2)　If the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of the personal information that is obtained pursuant to the measures set forth in the preceding paragraph and will be handled in the Company’s subsequent activities, as well as the personal information obtained from the Company’s employees, etc., or if the Company provides personal information to a third party, the Company will select a business operator that satisfies an adequate level of personal information protection and take appropriate measures by entering into a contract, etc.
  5. Establishment of Point of Contact for Consultations
    　The Company will promptly and properly respond to any request for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc., of the personal information held by the Group or any complaint or consultation regarding the handling of personal information at the point of contact for complaints and consultations regarding personal information specified below.
